KAASH is a pre-launch brand. This site collects a short First Taster signup so we can invite people to taste our prototypes and understand which of the three product concepts people want most.
For this pre-launch programme, the KAASH founders decide how signup data is used. Questions, correction requests and deletion requests can be sent to hello@thekaash.com. KAASH does not claim a registered company identity on this site.
What we collect
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your Instagram handle, if you choose to give it
- Which of GLOW, FOCUS or HYDRATE you'd try — you can pick more than one
That's the whole list. We do not ask for your address, phone number, date of birth, payment details or any health information, and you should not send them to us.
Where it goes
When you submit the form on our site, your answers are sent straight to Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet that only the KAASH founders can open. Google acts as our data processor for this and handles the data under its own terms, on servers it operates. That is the only third party involved in collecting your signup.
If our form can't reach Google — a dropped connection, usually — we'll offer you a link to the same Google Form so your signup isn't lost. It ends up in the same place.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not use them for advertising profiles.

- Telling you when KAASH launches
- Understanding, in aggregate, which of the three products people want most
We will not add you to unrelated marketing, and every email we send will let you stop hearing from us.
Analytics and how we know where you came from
If we use website analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting service that counts visits without cookies or cross-site tracking.
We do work out, in general terms, which platform sent you here — for example Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or direct — either from a tag on the link you clicked or from the referring website your browser reports. It identifies a platform, not you. It is held in your browser's own session storage only until you close the tab, it is not attached to your signup, and it is not stored in our spreadsheet.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
Until the First Taster programme ends or you ask us to delete your details — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. There is no process to go through; just ask.
We've written this page to describe what actually happens, in plain language. It is not a claim to be certified or audited under any particular privacy regime. If you need something more formal for a partnership or supply agreement, email us and we will sort it out properly.
